Located in Meribel, in the heart of the French Alps, the chalet Menor is a comfortable building of 330m² on 3 levels, offering 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as an indoor swimming pool.

Affected by a fire in April 2020, the chalet was partly demolished and then rebuilt with an architecture that combines tradition, with the codes of the mountain of yesteryear, and the latest design trends, with current materials, for a modern layout.

Several trades thus intervened for 14 months to give back to the place all its magnificence. Lindera Signature participated in phase 2 of the work by taking charge of:

1/ The installation of the interior woodwork:

– Old wood paneling (150m² crawling ceiling, 180m² straight ceiling and 250m² wall),

– Solid wood flooring in the bedrooms and the main room (160m²),

– Baseboards in old wood (200ml),

– Interior door frames in old wood (18 doors) and glass (3 doors).

2/ The manufacture and installation of furniture for the layout of different rooms:
– Bookcase and sideboard in the dining room veneered in oak with brass parts, as well as the dining table in a mix of stone, wood and brass,
– Made-to-measure lacquered kitchen with granite worktop and splashback,
– Bedroom cupboards in melamine with fabric-covered doors,
– Made-to-measure bedside tables and desk in the master bedroom in oak veneer,
– Washbasin furniture for 3 bathrooms,
– Ski room and laundry room furniture in a mix of old wood and melamine,
– Bunk beds in a mix of old wood, melamine, powder-coated metal and fabric.
